We have always been committed to exploring new things and collecting a variety of different materials, craftsmanship and hardware to bring customers flexible and diverse choices. However, we only choose materials with no health issues and high-quality hardware to make furniture. Take a look at the well-selected configurations as below. [Low Formaldehyde Emission]
We choose melamine faced board with stanadrd, we accept at least E0 grade (formaldehyde release ≤ 0.050mg/m³). Meanwhile, customer could upgrade the standard to ENF grade (formaldehyde release ≤ 0.025mg/m³).

[Branded Hardware]
Our standard configuration is Jusen hydraulic buffer door hinges and DTC ball bearing three-section drawer tracks, they have strong load-bearing capacity and are smooth and durable. The drawer tracks can be upgraded to push-to-open ones. We can also find functional hardware for you according to your needs.

[Seamless Edge Banding]
The main edge sealing treatment is standard PUR adhesive edge banding, which is more heat-resistant and moisture-resistant than the old EVA hot-melt adhesive so as to prevents cracking. Since curvy lines need to be manually edge-sealed, traditional contact adhesive (chloroprene adhesive) will still be used.

[Flexible installation method]
Freestanding cabinets installed without gap-filling glue can be easily removed in the future. We can also pre-design functions for your future convenience. Optional filling the gap can optimize the overall appearance and isolate dust.
